However they’re not only impartial they can also be invisible, or highly visible depending upon the evaluation brief.

Working to a set brief they will provide written, photographic and video reports covering all aspects of an activity which are then timely forwarded to Evaluation HQ for review and collation on an agreed daily weekly, monthly or campaign end basis.
