Simply put, we evaluate Events!
Any event, any location, any time…
…and we do it: Properly, fairly,
timely & reasonably!
There simply is no point in running an event or experiential activity and not have a proper reporting process in place, as there is just too much room for slippage or manoeuvre!
Fault reporting is not the objective!
However equally there is no need for heavy-handed police work, with the sole objective to look for fault as the reward for reporting. The basis of any event or experiential evaluation must be fair, honest accurate and unbiased

Fairly
We operate in a completely unbiased and neutral way, reporting the facts as we see them without fear or favour!
Reasonably
Although we are hired by either the agency or brand we do not seek to create a ‘them & us’ position, we handle each and every case fairly and reasonably.
Properly
Timely
We work to an agreed set of objectives and abide by all industry standards of behaviour and reporting
We fulfil all of our evaluations within an agreed time-scale, which we will not seek to vary or move.
Impartial, objective & even-handed– Without fear or favour!
